About Pam
Pam Hernandez, MAPP, PCC
Founder and President, The Right Reflection
Pam Alfrey Hernandez created The Right Reflection in February 2015 after a distinguished and groundbreaking 30 year corporate career, where she rose to chief operating officer of a 10 billion dollar, 125 year old financial services firm. She was the first woman in the company’s history to hold that position. Throughout her corporate career, Pam had many rewarding opportunities to mentor, coach and lead employees at all levels. She realized that she was at her best when creating environments where innovation and transformation can emerge. Eventually she decided that she wanted to focus exclusively on this part of her job, but on her own terms.
As a significant step in that direction, she left her corporate job, earned a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and then started The Right Reflection®, a company dedicated to helping individuals tap into their strengths and make their desired transformations possible, at work and in life. She also became certified in a number of psychological and leadership tools and assessments that she uses to help her clients identify their strengths and opportunities.
Today, The Right Reflection has grown to include a long list of clients and of accomplishments including the creation of the Physician’s Leadership Academy, which has been expanded to include non-physician groups as well as executive teams across all industries. Pam is frequently sought out as a guest speaker and panelist on best leadership practices, corporate culture and timely topics such as unconscious bias in the workplace. Contact Pam.
Pam calls Omaha, Nebraska home where she enjoys spending time with family, frends and her dogs, Toby and Sadie.
