Miriam Webster definies “frenemy” as: one who pretends to be a friend but is actually an enemy. We’ve all had at least one frenemy in our lives. But, is it also possible to be your own worst frenemy? If so, how can you turn the tables on your inner saboteur? Find out on November 3rd at the American Heart Association’s 10th annual Go Red For Women Expo at the LaVista Embassy Suites. “Are you your own worst frenemy?” is the topic I will be presenting as one of four “Hot Educational Topics”.

The Go Red for Women Expo is a great event that supports a powerful cause – women uniting to save the lives of women from heart disease. It’s an honor to be part of their program. I hope to see you there.
