Through coaching, I help individuals, professional peer groups and executive leadership teams envision and realize their highest potential. My work is research-based, with a solid foundation in positive psychology and includes the use of advanced assessments and evaluation tools. I use a proven developmental coaching approach based on Robert Kegan’s theory of adult development that as we develop, not only what we think changes but how we think also changes. This change in thinking leads to clarity, increased confidence and an expanded depth of leadership excellence.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

is a personalized, intensive one-on-one process that helps you identify and amplify your strengths, surface and address blind spots, and take life-changing steps to achieve excellence at work and in your life.

Who is individual coaching for?

    • Experienced and aspiring leaders who want to grow in self-awareness, and refine and develop their leadership skills
    • Leaders who have reached a career plateau and could benefit from re-discovering what they love about the work and learning how to re-ignite their passion.
    • Leaders who must shed derailing behaviors in order to continue growing and working in a leadership role
    • Leaders who are always on a path of self-improvement and want to continue excelling at what they do.

What’s Included?

Typically 6-9 sessions are scheduled after an introductory meeting. To get the coaching dialogue started, I use the Leadership Circle Profile to gather qualitative and quantitative information (from you and others you select) about your leadership capabilities. This information is referenced throughout the coaching process. The use of other assessments, like Emergenetics and the Immunity to Change Map, are woven throughout the process and become part of our regularly scheduled meetings. Each assessment and each meeting builds on the other to create the most productive pathway for real transformation of your leadership capacity and skills.

    • Businesses who want to ensure that leaders across the organization are receiving consistent content, the same quality of leadership excellence training, and are using the same leadership “language” across the company
    • Leaders in like professions who want to improve their own leadership and would benefit greatly from working on this with like-minded professionals within their own industry. This is especially useful for leaders in smaller companies who have limited access to peers.

What’s Included?

The Leadership Academy is delivered online and scheduled as a class of 9 4-hour sessions over 9 months with individual coaching sessions for each participant each month. In order to provide the maximum personal attention to each participant, the Peer coaching class is limited to 15 participants.

All of the same tools used in individual coaching – the Leadership Circle Profile, Emergenetics, Immunity Maps, and Mindfulness training and more are also used in my Peer coaching program. The main difference is that each class will be provided with material and exercises customized to their profession. In addition, they will get the benefit of monthly interactions with those in the same profession or peers within their company that they might have otherwise not gotten to know.

It is especially helpful for teams who must lead an organization or group through significant transformation.

All of the same tools used in individual peer coaching – the Leadership Circle Profile, Emergenetics, Immunity Maps, and Mindfulness training and more are also used in the Executive Team Coaching Program. The main differentiator between executive team coaching and group coaching is the acquisition of “collective team effectiveness” information. This includes a deep look at the skills needed and those available within the team as a whole as well as the desired and actual team culture. This information becomes a powerful roadmap for maximizing both individual and group effectiveness and for creating a greater appreciation for the unique contributions of each member of the team.
